I'd like to ask that you all brace yourselves before reading the next line, as it may significantly shock and upset you...
Tony Womack is no longer a Yankee.
Please, stop crying. Somehow, some way, the Yankees will get on without him. He is in a better place- Cincinatti.
Thanks for the memories, Tony.

HA HA HA!
Poor Tony, He IS in a better place. He was such a misfit with the Yankees. I wish him the best of luck, and I hope he has a lot of great years still ahead of him. You Go Tony!
So long Tony. It was nice knowing ya!
Your new post was so short but it totally cracked me up. All the other posters are so right, Womack was such a bad fit for the Yankees and I'm so happy he is gone, but I'm sure he is too. So do you think the Yankees will get Damon if he asks for a few less years on the contract? Looks like they're trying to land him. Anyway, fabulous job as usual darling, Check in later!
Tony Womack was the star of the Yankees. I cannot believe we got rid of him. Do you believe that he wasn't even nominated for MVP? I mean come ON! A-rod who? Nah, I'm just kidding. Had to feel bad for the guy though. Wasn't his fault we moved him to a new position and never played him. Well, bye Womack.
Is Bernie still a Yankee?
To Jana:
Yes, Tony Womack sure was a huge mistake.
As for Damon, I don't want it to happen, but I think if the price goes down a bit (since good ol' Johnny doesn't seem to have a whole lot of market value...or at least not as much as he'd like to think) or he asks for three or four years, that the Yankees will, in fact, sign him as the new centerfielder. We'll see what develops in the coming weeks...
And thank you for continually coming back, reading, and commenting. I really, really, really appreciate the feedback!

And finally, to Anonymous, Bernie is indeed a Yankee, at least for the 2006 season. Hope that makes you happy!
